The founder and owner of the company is Robert Jażdżewski, M.Sc., a graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology, professionally involved in the real estate market since 2007.

- License No. 4883 to assess real estate, machinery and equipment permanently connected to the land granted on 09.07.2009 by the Minister of Infrastructure,
- Professional license No. 20415 in the field of real estate brokerage granted on 25.10.2013 by the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy.
